Ayesha has been with KRS for three years and as a woman in a male dominated industry, she believes that KRS empowers and entrusts her to perform her duties with complete autonomy and support. The working environment also allows her the flexibility to maintain a work/life balance. She has always been passionate about working with people and helping them achieve their personal goals and KRS provides her with the platform to do that by investing heavily in training and development of staff.
“I can honestly say that caring for employees is not just something we say, but it is engrained into the core values of the company and carried out daily. Also, our flat structure and open door policy encourages innovation, collaboration and agility.
I am very proud of the internship programme we run at KRS. Personally, I find this most rewarding. Our annual internship programme is aimed at tackling the country’s unemployment rates by providing a platform for IT graduates to obtain hands-on work experience, with a possibility of employment with us. We mentor and support these candidates throughout their careers at KRS.”
Ayesha enjoys reading, running, Zumba, and has recently discovered a passion for cooking, much to her husband’s delight. She has a B.Comm Law degree and is a member of the Toastmasters Breakfast Club.
