CALL TO ACTION
Make sure you clearly explain to your audience what you want them to do, or what advantage they get from responding to your communication.

TIMING
Make sure you send your messages at a time when your audience is most likely to receive the message but furthermore have the time to respond.

SIMPLICITY
With the abundance of information from all areas, keep your messages clear, concise and stay on point.

MANAGE YOUR DATABASE
Avoid errors such as sending incorrect or multiple messages to your audience. What could have been a personal note feels like spamming if you receive it more than once. Regularly update numbers to remove old or inactive numbers which are unnecessary expenses when sending.

MONITOR RESULTS
Checking on stats results regularly will help you improve the effectiveness of your campaigns. Monitoring response rates, ROI and other metrics will show you what messages worked, when and why.
